How do I post a renovation project?+
Create a free account as a homeowner, then click "New Project" and describe your renovation. Our team reviews submissions within 24 hours.
How much does it cost for contractors?+
Contractors purchase individual leads from the marketplace. Lead prices vary by category and are shown before purchase. There is no subscription fee.
What if a lead doesn't respond?+
If a client is unresponsive after 3+ contact attempts over 7 days, you can file a dispute from your purchased lead page. Our team reviews disputes within 2–3 business days.
How do I get my contractor account approved?+
After signing up, complete your profile with your license number, insurance information, and specialties. Our staff review applications and typically approve within 1–2 business days.
Is my personal information safe?+
Contractor contact details are only shared with clients after a lead is purchased. Client full addresses are only visible to contractors who have purchased that lead. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
